Conditions of Booking

By participating in a Black-Speed-Dating.co.uk event you are giving us permission to forward the email address supplied during the booking to your “matches” A match occurs when both parties indicate they wish to see each other again by entering either a “yes” or a “friend” into the submitted match document or our matching engine.
We do not verify personal information of our guests, such as age, marrital status or occupation. It is your responsibility to verify personal information of anyone you meet from our events to your own personal satisfaction.
We may use your contact information to inform you of future events which we thing may interest you.

Please approach contact with our guest as much caution as you would do with strangers.

Black-Speed-Dating.co.uk cannot guarantee a specific number of attendees to any event.

Venues and dates are subject to change or cancellation at any time prior to the event. If this occurs then we will do our best to reschedule the event and your ticket will be valid for the event.

You can only use your ticket at only one event. If you fail to attend an event or depart early you will not be entitled to use the ticket at another event

To maintain a balance between male/female,  Black-Speed-Dating.co.uk are unable to offer refunds. If you are unable to attend the event you have booked, and inform us within 24 hours of the start of the event, we will do our best to reschedule your booking to the next event with available spaces.

Black-Speed-Dating.co.uk will not be held responsible for your actions during the event and for any damages suffered physical or otherwise as a result of attending our events.

Black-speed-Dating.co.uk can take no resposibility for the safety and security of any personal belongings that you have with you during any of our events. You are responsible for your personal belongings and are adviced to secure it.

By purchasing tickets and participating in a Black-Speed-Dating.co.uk event you agree that neither Black-Speed-Dating.co.uk or its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in Black-Speed-Dating.co.uk services. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with Black-Speed-Dating.co.uk. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.
